1. Sign up
Once you’ve signed up to the plan, you’ll be asked to fill in a short questionnaire on your goals, eating habits and current level of fitness. This will help us offer nutritional options and workouts that work for you. We’ll send you your training plan within 10 working days.
2. Eat better
Each plan includes a guide to better eating, explaining the basics of good nutrition, hydration and habit formation in a way that’s easy to integrate into your everyday life. Your personalised programme also includes an eating plan, as well as more than 40 recipe options tailored to your preferences.
3. Train smarter
Your personalised plan is designed to help you lose fat and build lean muscle, but if you’ve got specific goals – from getting more defined arms to finally seeing your six-pack - it’ll integrate workouts to help you every step of the way.
4. Get support
Once you’ve signed up to the plan, you’ll have full access to MF's panel experts – just drop them an email with questions about training or nutrition and they’ll respond within 24 hours.
